The Alpha Gaming PC | Showcase

Hello Everyone, welcome to the first episode of computer showcase. I just want to give a massive shout out to DXRacer for making the comfiest gaming chairs ever. Today I’ve got for you the ‘Alpha’ which for it’s size packs a very powerful punch. It’s an Extreme GAMING PC and it’s around fifteen hundred pound. The case is a FRACTAL NODE DEFINE 202. ASUS Z170i Pro Gaming Mini ITX Motherboard and also has a Samsung 250Gb M.2 SSD. GIGABYTE GTX 980TI which has 6GB of Video Memory. The CPU is the new Intel i5 6600K Quad Core, Overclocked to 4.3GHZ. That’s been paired with a NOCTUA NH-L9I Heatsink. It’s got 16GB of DDR4 3000MHZ CORSAIR VENGEANCE MEMORY. 450W Fractal Bronze Power Supply DayZ is the game that’s being benchmarked – it’s running on Ultra settings. Counterstrike: Global Offensive is the next game being benchmarked Battlefield Hardline is next, which looks beautiful and is on everything maxed out. It wouldn’t be a PC video without showing Minecraft. This PC is recommended for living rooms and small bedrooms. It can be bought from the Computer Planet Website www.computerplanet.co.uk

  1. Pretty unimpressive selection to Benchmark to be honest, besides Hardline you may as well demonstrate flash games lol would rather see something like Star Wars Battlefront, GTA V or even Tom Clancy’s The Division, far more graphic intensive and certainly relevant games nowadays.

  2. One thing you didn't mention was at what resolution were the games set at when benchmarking? Also how were the cpu temps doing on that overclock?

    Great video, keep them coming!

    Mike
